We are receiving information that some people are failing to access the accounts using the instructions we sent earlier.
This is because some lecturers had created accounts but not followed the confirmation emails in their email Inboxes. In such cases, the password to use is the one you entered when signing up. But if you can't recall it, you can send an email to: mucunguzi@mubs.ac.ug to have it resolved.
